Every time an authority intervenes in a challenge people should be able to solve themselves the following message is delivered: “You are not capable”. A logic consequence is that people drop their responsibilities because it is seen as something that will been taken care of by others. This becomes problematic in case the authorities neglect are not able to take up their social responsibilities; there will be no one that takes up the task. This lack of self reliance is hard to battle, less involvement leads to undesirable situations, more intervention confirms peoples dependency.
